Very disappointing

Food took forever, apologies 3 times and later food finally arrived. Suspect it had also
Been under the light for a while. Had to ask
For water refill tho he did ask
If I wanted another drink which tasted a little light in the alcohol. Ordered a pazooki it never arrived so I told him to
Cancel it and he said he would take it off the ticket. Really??
Told the manager highly disappointed. She Offered to give us a courtesy card which I appreciated but declined. Simply explained she needs to fix the kitchen. Doubt we will ever go back. Abuelos is next door and we have always had excellent food and service.
