You dont need my location when Im not using the app. Very few apps need to utilize this feature and this isnt one of them.
Make this change and I would reconsider my rating and reinstall the app.

Update:
My mistake. I was under the impression that location services for this app had to be all or nothing. If I would have checked location services, I would have seen the option for "only when using the app".
After a quick and helpful response from the developer to my initial review I am making this update.
I do like the user interface of this app a lot better that others I have used.
I havent had a chance to travel with it yet, but in my location city its very useful. Found two great new restaurants this weekend that I didnt even know about before.
