This is really a great and helpful app. Especially when youre traveling and need to make a decision on where to eat scratching from zero, it really accurately works.

Will try to reinstall a previous version that suggested activities and places based on location and time of day. So much more inspirational and easier than now with the blank grey start screen :( Also, why no more questions about why we love or hate a place? Just feels like getting more cryptic and less useful by the update.

Used to enjoy earning badges and competing with friends for mayorship.... But now the fun is gone. Have the developers given up on this app? Hundreds of heck-ins and still This place has no mayor. Seriously?????

The previous widget was great with quick access to categories! Nice and compact with out having to press "see more" to expand the widget in order to see them. Pleeeease remove the nearby locations in the widget. Other than that all works just fine ?

Application used to be very nice but now in Swarm, eventhough I have 107 friends, I am not able to add more friends. Team tells me I have 500 pending requests ( which I do not ) and they do not have an API to show these requests, they can not see neither :) Deleting and will not be using again. Do not recommend.

Everything is great except the maps. They are awful.

Constant improvements, love it. Also faster to read and more customized than Yelp. More useful, more accurate, more stuff. Plus, its local recommendations, not just TripAdvisor tourist stuff. Gets better every day with more features and improvements.

The most current reviews in my town are almost 5 years old, and 3 out of 4 listings were out of business long ago. Worthless.

This app was updated or rather changed recently ... it used to offer pet friendly as a filter, but now does not. That was my main reason for using it, so no reason to keep it.

I was not a secret shopper today at Toys R Us near Westland Mall but if I were, as a disabled shopper in a wheelchair, I would rate this store a 20 out of 10. I think they must have all thought I was a secret shopper because I was treated like the most important person in the store. I rarely go to stores without a caregiver to help me but today I felt bold enough to venture out last-minute shopping for grandchildren. I am able to drive with equipment and I have a wonderfully equipped van so I headed to Toys R Us Westland because it is accessible. As I shopped for two hours, I must have been helped by 8-10 different staff members. People offered to help, sought me out and tried to find the treasures I sought. Someone got a cart for me, another handed me items too high to reach, another looked up items on the computer and even customers offered to help me lol. A girl helped me with my cart through the register and out to my van to load it up! I was blessed by their efforts and felt empowered and independent because of all the help available. They certainly were top notch and trained to please. Thanks Toys R Us Westland and your Merry Christmas signs just iced the cake for me! God bless you all.

Honestly, I love Swarm & Foursquare but you shot yourselves in the foot when you split the apps. I accepted the change but never welcomed having to toggle between apps. Instead I use Swarm to check in and rely on Yelp for reviews. So stupid. Merge them! Such a silly nuance and illogical. Please figure it out. I really love tracking my travel and having the reference but I would be ecstatic if I could regain the ability to find nearby restaurants on the fly and user reviews etc all in one place. If they dont use it, youll lose it.

It was the worst experience in my practice. They sold room for a 4 person bed room, but the extra bed is unusable, but not one door in the room is able to lock. I asked how to take shower if door doesnt close they said me that I can keep door lose during I shower. The slide balcony door was very heavy to open, and so I ask the receptionist, but my question was too strange. She said that I need to use machine oil or you have to be strong. This place is good for retirement vacation and not for vacation with kids.

I wonder how much the genius that decided to divorce swarm and four square got paid. At any rate, this app has entered the final stage of its life. User apathy. Just kill it before swarm becomes irrelevant.
