Foursquare - Find Places to Eat, Drink, and Visit App Reviews

I use it all the time since I moved to Indianapolis. The only thing that could be improved is most of the tips are a couple of years old.

Really good community of reviewers, much better than Yelp. Super clean and simply app thats very easy to use!

Foursquare is still rising in popularity! Ive found myself becoming a regular at many restaurants. I have made a couple new friends, even at my own workplace. This is a great way to connect with friends, communicate with a new favorite venue, and live life with those around you. You get pulled in very quickly, and it becomes very addicting. Simple, but competitive. Social, but useful. Fun, but professional. Excellent app.

I havent used this apps in months but decided to use this along with Swarm when I was traveling to Europe and boy did this app come through! Not only was this handy in finding some good restaurants but I also found some new favorite places to visit. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Clutch!

A phenomenal app that comes in handy in all situations. It helps navigate around large cities, offering great advice on restaurants, stores, and places of interest. Highly recommend!

Love Foursquare and Swarm. Use them every day. /////////////////// At first I was very against the idea of separating Foursquare into separate apps. Now, Im glad they did. Ive never liked yelp because business can pay to have bad reviews removed and their app was always ugly and terrible. Swarm is fantastic for checking in and sharing with friends and family while Foursquare helps me avoid terrible places. I always thought the old app was trying to do too much. Swarm and Foursquare both have unique experiences and now one isnt cluttered or overshadowed by the other.

Still living 4Sq but missing the feature in History that shows me places I havent revised yet.

If you travel at all, this should be your go to app for finding things youll love. I still believe that check ins belong where the places actually are, but everything else is perfect. + Lists + Most accurate location data + Short form reviews / tips + Uber Integration Delete Yelp, and use Foursquare for a better travel experience.

There simply is nothing better for fining great restaurants and bars. Love it!

Must have app. So useful, and much better than Yelp.

Love to be able to consult my personalizwd map everytime I need to find a place to eat or recommend. Its great to be able to rate places by grade instead of stars; much more insightful!

Still one of my best Go To apps when traveling or just out in Austin! Ever since urbanspoon started sucking, this is far and away the best place for quick good info on food and drink!

It continues to be broken, and shouldnt have been divided into two apps.

Always choose this over Yelp....never steers me wrong!
